Shipping Policy
All orders ship from our warehouse in Reno, Nevada within 1–2 business days of purchase. We use FedEx Ground for domestic shipments — you’ll receive a tracking number via email the day your order ships.

Free Shipping
Orders over $99 ship free within the contiguous United States. Orders under $99 have a flat $9.95 shipping fee. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally — but we’re working on it.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your FedEx tracking number. You can also email support@naturestove.com with your order number and we’ll send you a status update within a few hours.
Return Policy
We want you to love your NatureStove gear. If you don’t, we make returns simple.
30-Day No-Questions Return
You have 30 days from delivery to return any product for a full refund — even if you’ve used it. Light it, test it, decide it’s not for you, and send it back. We’ll even cover return shipping on your first order.
How to Start a Return
- Email support@naturestove.com with your order number
- We’ll send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours
- Pack the item in its original box (or any sturdy box)
- Drop it off at any FedEx location
- Refund hits your account within 5–7 business days after we receive the item
Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us immediately. We’ll ship a replacement at no cost — no need to return the damaged item first. Include a photo of the damage in your email so we can process it faster. Defective products may also be covered under our 2-Year Warranty.
