Every NatureStove product is backed by our 2-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. We build our gear to last — and we stand behind it.
What’s Covered
- Structural failure — cracks, warping, or deformation under normal use
- Rust-through — corrosion that penetrates the stainless steel walls (surface patina from heat is normal and not a defect)
- Weld defects — broken or failing welds on any joint
- Component failure — chimney sections, door hinges, grate supports, or airflow vents that stop working properly
- Finish defects — peeling or flaking of factory-applied coatings
What’s Not Covered
- Normal wear from use — heat discoloration, surface oxidation, and minor scratches are expected with outdoor fire gear
- Damage from misuse — using prohibited fuels (treated wood, charcoal lighter fluid), leaving the unit in standing water, or exceeding recommended fire size
- Modifications — any aftermarket alterations to the product
- Accessories purchased from third parties
How to File a Warranty Claim
- Email support@naturestove.com with the subject line “Warranty Claim”
- Include your order number, the product name, and a brief description of the issue
- Attach 2–3 photos showing the defect
- We’ll review your claim within 48 hours and respond with next steps
In most cases, we’ll ship a replacement part or full unit without requiring you to return the defective product first. For structural issues, we may ask you to send the item back at our expense so our team can inspect it and improve future production.
Warranty Registration
No registration required. Your proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) serves as your warranty documentation. We keep records of all orders in our system, so we can usually verify your purchase with just your email address.
